mkcontroller opens up — new public APIs and data exports let you build on top of your network data, while WebFig catches up to the latest MikroTik firmware.
1. Public REST API
Section titled “1. Public REST API”We shipped a new set of public endpoints so you can query your devices and network data programmatically — pulling device, site, and DNS information into your own tools, scripts, and integrations instead of clicking through the dashboard.
2. Data Export Engine
Section titled “2. Data Export Engine”A new export engine lets you pull DNS dashboard, syslog, and guest connection/dashboard data out of mkcontroller on demand through a dedicated Export API — making it far easier to feed reporting, billing, and analytics workflows downstream.
3. WebFig Support for RouterOS 7.17+
Section titled “3. WebFig Support for RouterOS 7.17+”Remote WebFig access now works against MikroTik devices running RouterOS 7.17 and newer firmware, with graceful handling for older versions. You can keep managing routers directly from mkcontroller as your fleet upgrades to the latest RouterOS.
