1. NATCloud: remote access and monitoring for devices behind CGNAT
Section titled “1. NATCloud: remote access and monitoring for devices behind CGNAT”NATCloud is now live, giving you secure browser access to LAN devices — cameras, DVRs, NAS, web panels — sitting behind a customer’s MikroTik with no public IP. The platform now also discovers downstream devices, scans them for reachable web interfaces, and monitors their online/offline state with alerts so you know the moment something drops.
2. Billing timeline and estimate
Section titled “2. Billing timeline and estimate”The billing dashboard now shows a full activity timeline alongside an upcoming-charge estimate, so you can see what you’ve been billed for and what’s coming next at a glance — no surprises at renewal.
3. Account self-deletion
Section titled “3. Account self-deletion”Companies can now request account deletion directly from the app, with a confirmation email sent automatically so the process is transparent and on the record from start to finish.
