Remote access to devices stuck behind CGNAT comes of age, alongside a smarter onboarding flow and live guest-WiFi visibility.

1. NATCloud: reach any LAN device behind CGNAT

Section titled “1. NATCloud: reach any LAN device behind CGNAT”

NATCloud lets you open the web interface of a camera, DVR, NAS, or router that lives behind a customer’s gateway with no public IP — straight from your browser, no port-forwarding or static IPs required. This month it became dramatically more reliable across a wide range of hardware (Intelbras, TP-Link, UniFi and more), and gained a dedicated dashboard that automatically discovers downstream devices, scans them for reachable web ports, and monitors whether they’re online — plus a built-in payment screen to activate the add-on.

2. Smarter device onboarding with Adoption Assistant v2

Section titled “2. Smarter device onboarding with Adoption Assistant v2”

The redesigned Adoption Assistant guides you through bringing new devices under management with a clearer, faster flow. It now surfaces richer device information during adoption and handles a broader set of vendors gracefully, reducing the friction of getting a fleet connected.

Hotspot operators can now watch their guest WiFi in real time, seeing connected users and activity as it happens. Combined with refreshed hotspot settings and realtime views, it’s easier than ever to keep an eye on captive-portal networks at a glance.
