Control every Starlink subscription from StarController, clearer plans and billing, and better-protected sign-in.

You can now pause, put on standby or cancel a dish’s Starlink subscription directly from StarController — including a true pause on lines that have no standby plan — and call a cancellation off while it is still pending. Every change is recorded on the dish’s history, the fleet list shows what is scheduled before it happens, and a new map shows your dishes with a card for each one.

The Basic plan can now be paid annually, with a 20% discount. When you change plans, you choose whether it starts right away on a new cycle or waits for your renewal. Receipts, plan screens and price previews now speak your company’s language and currency, and say exactly when the cycle you’ve already paid for ends.

The web login and password reset are now protected against bots with Cloudflare Turnstile, and password resets arrive as single-use links — once a reset email has done its job, it can’t be used again.
