Active Sessions: See Who Is Signed In and Revoke Access

Dieser Inhalt ist noch nicht in deiner Sprache verfügbar.

Summary Settings → Security → Active sessions lists everyone in your company who used MKController in the last 30 days: when and from which IP they were last active, and how many sessions they have open. One click ends all of a person’s sessions.

It is the company-wide view of your team’s access — useful when someone leaves, loses a laptop or signs in from somewhere unexpected.

Each row is one person:

  • Name and e-mail — your own row carries a you badge.
  • Last active on {date} from {IP} — the most recent use and where it came from.
  • N active sessions — how many browsers and devices are signed in.

People are sorted by most recent activity. Use the search box to find someone by name or e-mail — accents and capital letters don’t matter. Only sessions used in the last 30 days count.

  1. Find the person in the list.
  2. Click Revoke.
  3. Confirm. MKController tells you how many sessions will end.

All of the person’s sessions end immediately and they need to sign in again.

Revoking does not delete the user or change their permissions. To remove access for good, also remove the person in Settings → Users — or, with Single Sign-On, disable them in your Google or Microsoft directory.

On your own row, the button reads End the others: it ends your sessions in other browsers and devices and keeps the one you are using. When your current session is the only one, the button is disabled.

  • Offboarding — someone left the team.
  • Lost or stolen device — a phone or laptop with MKController open.
  • Unexpected IP — a “last active” from somewhere you don’t recognize.
  • After a password change — to make sure only fresh sign-ins remain.

No. It only signs the person out. Their account and permissions stay the same.

The list only shows people with a session used in the last 30 days, and only people who belong to your company.

Can the person sign in again after I revoke?

Section titled “Can the person sign in again after I revoke?”

Yes, unless you also remove them in Settings → Users or turn off their way in on the Single Sign-On tab.

Only company administrators — the Security menu is hidden for everyone else.
