How to adopt a Mikrotik in the plataform
The MKController platform simplifies and secures remote access to your Mikrotik devices, allowing management via Webfig or Winbox through a VPN, without needing a public IP.
To link a mikrotik in the plafatorm you can do it using ssh, webfig or winbox. In this tutorial we will cover all.
Creating the script?
Login in the MKController plataform, and create a new device. We will need inform the device name and a site.
Click in next we will generate a script to enabling link the mikrotik to the plataform
Copy the script and paste in the mikrotik using ssh, webfig or winbox
Using SSH
We will guide you on how to link your device using the terminal.
Accessing the device
Open the terminal on your computer/operating system and connect via SSH. The default access is usually admin@(yourIP). If the device has a password, it will also be required.
Executing the script
Copy the script from the screen on the side and paste it into the terminal. Then wait until the process is complete.
Using Webfig
We will guide you on how to link your device using Webfig.
Accessing the device
On your browser, access your device using its IP address. When connected via cable, it is usually 192.168.88.1.
Accessing the scripts menu
After logging into your device, look for the System option in the side menu. Click on it and then go to Scripts.
Creating a new script
Once inside the Script function, click the “Add New” button to create a new script. Copy the script provided by MKController and paste it into the ‘source’ field. Then, click Apply.
Executing the script
Run the script created in the previous step and wait until the process is complete.
Using Winbox
