Active Sessions: See Who Is Signed In and Revoke Access
Это содержимое пока не доступно на вашем языке.
Summary Settings → Security → Active sessions lists everyone in your company who used MKController in the last 30 days: when and from which IP they were last active, and how many sessions they have open. One click ends all of a person’s sessions.
It is the company-wide view of your team’s access — useful when someone leaves, loses a laptop or signs in from somewhere unexpected.
What the Active sessions list shows
Section titled “What the Active sessions list shows”Each row is one person:
- Name and e-mail — your own row carries a you badge.
- Last active on {date} from {IP} — the most recent use and where it came from.
- N active sessions — how many browsers and devices are signed in.
People are sorted by most recent activity. Use the search box to find someone by name or e-mail — accents and capital letters don’t matter. Only sessions used in the last 30 days count.
Revoke a person’s sessions
Section titled “Revoke a person’s sessions”- Find the person in the list.
- Click Revoke.
- Confirm. MKController tells you how many sessions will end.
All of the person’s sessions end immediately and they need to sign in again.
Revoking does not delete the user or change their permissions. To remove access for good, also remove the person in Settings → Users — or, with Single Sign-On, disable them in your Google or Microsoft directory.
End your own other sessions
Section titled “End your own other sessions”On your own row, the button reads End the others: it ends your sessions in other browsers and devices and keeps the one you are using. When your current session is the only one, the button is disabled.
When to use Active sessions
Section titled “When to use Active sessions”- Offboarding — someone left the team.
- Lost or stolen device — a phone or laptop with MKController open.
- Unexpected IP — a “last active” from somewhere you don’t recognize.
- After a password change — to make sure only fresh sign-ins remain.
