No. MKController creates a VPN between the controller and your device, establishing a direct, encrypted connection, so you can manage it without a public IP.
MKController charges per active seat (slot): 1 slot = 1 linked device. After the trial, Basic is USD 3.00 per device, and when you add slots mid-month you’re billed pro-rated based on the activation day. You’ll be charged per slot, even if it is open – without a device link to it.
Yes. Beyond basic management seats, MKController services (like Vouchers, Content Filter, and Hotspot) are standalone, configurable, and billable. NATCloud is an optional remote-access service (especially for NAT/CGNAT scenarios) that runs under its own plan.
Every account includes 150 free vouchers per month (renewed monthly, not cumulative). If you need more, you can purchase packages like 1,000 connections for USD 8.00, plus USD 0.01 per additional connection.
Bandwidth usage is less than 30KB/hour, and the platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services servers in São Paulo, Brazil.
