The reality
Running a network stopped being about configuring a router
Today you operate a distributed mesh of sites, links, equipment, vendors, users, and remote access — under growing pressure on availability, data, security, and cost. The challenge isn’t connecting anymore. It’s operating well, scaling with control, and cutting the operational friction that grows with you.
The villain
Your real competitor is fragmented management
It’s fragmentation: a controller per vendor, improvised remote access, manual configs no one tracks. The more you grow, the worse it gets.
Dispersed control
One controller per vendor, improvised remote access, manual changes no one tracks.
Poor governance
Slow troubleshooting, disconnected monetization, little predictability over the network.
Scalable chaos
Every new site, user, and device multiplies the effort instead of the leverage.
The cost of inaction
Every day on the old model is expensive
A device drops and no one knows until the customer calls.
On-site visits to reach a box you could have reached remotely.
Without backups and history, any change can become an outage.
New sites, users, and devices add complexity faster than capacity.
Wi-Fi you could be selling, and governance you can’t prove.
Not deciding is a decision too, and usually the costliest.
The promise
Run your network. Don’t just watch it.
MKController helps you manage, monetize, protect, and govern your MikroTik and Starlink fleet with less technical effort and far more operational predictability.
Manage
Reach, monitor and act on every device — behind CGNAT, with no public IP.
Monetize
Turn Wi-Fi into revenue with prepaid vouchers and in-portal card checkout.
Protect
See which devices are exposed or unpatched, with backups you can roll back to.
Govern
Change history, user control, and alerts that make the operation observable.
The real console
Most tools watch. MKController acts.
Monitoring tells you something is wrong. MKController lets you fix it: push configs, restore backups, reach in remotely, and bill your customers — without logging into each box.

Success stories
Real operations, real results
MRV
Challenge. Fragmented management of heterogeneous devices across many construction sites, with low operational efficiency.
Solution. A unified platform to control different vendors and sites within a single management environment.
Result. Unified, more standardized and scalable multi-site operational control.
BrasilAgro
Challenge. Poor data quality and availability in distributed field operations, where downtime compromises decisions.
Solution. Centralized connectivity management for remote agricultural sites, cutting manual dependence.
Result. Better data quality and availability for more efficient field management.
Built on trust
You invite us in. You stay the owner.
Operators are right to be skeptical of cloud “magic.” So we’re explicit about what MKController does — and what it never touches.
What we never do
- Never owns your connectivity
- Never changes your plans or billing
- Never asks you to expose your router
- Never claims a roadmap feature as live
What we do
- Secure outbound tunnel — no inbound ports
- Backups, change history and user control
- Transparent credential handling & access
- Plain-language alerts, honest unsubscribe
Why MKController
From scattered tools to one system
Status quo
Fragments the operation across multiple tools with no cohesion.
Point solutions
Solve one piece of the problem without a systemic view.
MKController
Connects management, access, monetization and governance in one operational layer.
Simple adoption
Start with a quick win. Grow from there.
First: control & visibility
Remote access, monitoring and alerts as an immediate quick win.
Then: security & monetization
Expand into backups, vouchers and operational governance.
Finally: full scale
Multi-site, multi-vendor expansion with standardized operations.
F.A.Q.
How do I link my device to MKController?
Run the adoption one-liner over SSH or paste it into the MikroTik Script menu, apply, and run it. Pre-flight diagnostics confirm the device is ready and report any blocking issue.
What does the adoption script do?
It establishes a secure outbound tunnel from your router to the MKController cloud and registers the device — no inbound ports, no public IP required.
How can I access the device after it is linked?
Reach the router’s admin and the intranet side (LAN devices, cameras, web apps) through the cloud — from anywhere, behind CGNAT.
Do I need a public IP to manage my devices?
No. MKController works behind CGNAT and NAT precisely because the device connects out to the cloud.
How does pricing work?
Per device, monthly, after a free trial — with Basic, Advanced and Enterprise plans. Semestral and annual billing are discounted.
Do I pay extra for add-ons like Voucher and NATCloud?
NATCloud and Guest Wi-Fi / Voucher are included from the Advanced plan; Basic covers remote access, backups, monitoring and alerts.
How does Voucher billing work?
Sell prepaid codes or online plans. Revenue is tracked per batch in your currency, with payout statements in the dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card worldwide. Card and additional local methods are expanding.
