StarController · the operations layer for Starlink fleets
Your Starlink is online. Your business is still blind.
The operations layer for businesses that run on Starlink — complements Starlink, never replaces it. One cross-account view of every terminal's status, billing and access, so an outage is yours to catch, not theirs to report.
from US$20/mo · 10-device minimum · beta, invite-only
You invite us in. You stay the owner.
Onboarding is an invitation you accept inside your own Starlink account — no password handed over, and you can remove access whenever you want. It clears the objection that kills most onboardings: handing out credentials. Today onboarding uses a Starlink Administrator role, a temporary step while we move to the least-privilege scope operations actually need.
✓ No password at onboarding · you stay the account owner
One cross-account fleet view
Most operators run Starlink across many accounts — by site, by client, by region — and no one owns the answer to "which sites are up right now?" StarController pulls every account into a single fleet view: device, cost, data and site status on one screen. Stop logging in and out of accounts to find one terminal.
✓ Cross-account dashboard & map · working today
Field access that expires when the job does
Issue an ephemeral, per-job Starlink session — generated for the task and time-limited — instead of handing out your standing account password. Pick a duration, from 15 minutes to 48 hours, and the session ends on its own. Server-enforced expiry and scoped least-privilege roles are on the roadmap.
✓ Time-limited field sessions · pick 15 min to 48 h
Catch billing risk before a site goes dark
Overdue, open and on-time status across every terminal, on one pane — then settle invoices or pull them for finance, all in one place. Per-account finance visibility ties spend back to the site that drove it, so a surprise charge is explained before the spend, not after.
✓ Fleet-wide billing & invoice views · working today
One terminal, the whole picture
Usage, uptime, connected devices, plan and location per antenna — with remote and temporary access launched from the same screen. Starlink sees the antenna; you see the site it serves, and the reason it needs attention: repositioning, connectivity degradation or a billing hold. Run it on Starlink alone — and if you also manage MikroTik or UniFi in MKController, StarController folds in their router and backup-WAN context.
✓ Per-terminal cockpit: usage, uptime, plan, location
On the StarController roadmap — not shipped yet. We'd rather show you the line than blur it: anything not live sits here.
Proactive alerting & escalation

Scoped least-privilege Starlink roles

Access audit logs & self-serve revoke
see and remove who can act, on your own.
Cross-account governance enforcement

Backup-WAN failover intelligence
